Job Summary and Qualifications

  • You will oversee Administration Suite operations and provides administrative/ clerical support to designated members of the senior leadership team, as needed
  •  You will interact with physicians, hospital directors, other hospital executives, as well as patients and families
  • You will screen telephone calls and visitors by directing them to the appropriate staff members, and facilitate the completion of department assignments. 
  • You will perform varied and complex administrative support services, which require knowledge of hospital policies, procedures and the use of independent judgment, discretion, diplomacy and initiative.
  • You will maintain professional and effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team, and elevate the patient experience in every interaction.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
  • Notary Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing executive support functions, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proficient computer skills in multiple applications including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, ability to interact with a variety of individuals and consumer group
