Sales Operation Associate Director OR Director

We are actively ooking for a Sales Operations Associate Direct or Director to join the Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will lead the Sales Operations function and manage a small but effective team with the goal to enable growth through strategy, planning, tooling, processes/workflows, reporting and analysis. You will work directly with Activision Blizzard Media leaders across sales, marketing, ad operations, finance to identify needs, improvement areas and design adapted solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Functional management
    • Lead and uplevel the Sales Operations function to support a growing Sales team across US and UK locations
    • Manage one junior individual and identify areas of growth/opportunity
  1. efficiency and enablement
    • Partner with Sales to identify needs and design solutions
    • Set roadmap for tooling improvements based on customer feedback and needs
    • Source new tools with potential improvement to team effectiveness
    • Manage budgets in partnership with Finance
  1. and workflows
    • Design processes across sales, support teams and game studios with scalability in mind; adapt systems to create efficiency
    • Maintain comprehensive view of all end-to-end processes and ensure they meet the needs of cross-functional teams while improving workflows
  1. Strategy and Planning
    • Act as thought partner to VP of Global Sales and Sales Directors across the US and UK to set and evolve sales strategy and assist in planning
    • Implement data-driven insight generation and strategy planning
  2. responsibilities
    • Develop relationships and communication lanes with teams outside of the immediate Activision Blizzard Media organization including but not limited to Game Studios, AB Esports, Engineering and Product
    • Project manage additional operational initiatives on an as-needed basis

Who You Are

  • You have 8-10 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
  • You have experience in fast-growing companies
  • You have experience managing a team
  • You are able to simplify complex issues and design innovative solutions
  • You are able to communicate complex issues with senior leadership
  • You are experienced with building relationships with both internal and external business partners, including senior leaders
  • You have experience managing long-term product/systems roadmaps
  • You are able to make data-driven decisions
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity
